Adam Rosenbaum is an entertainment attorney, representing individuals and companies involved in creative talent such as digital media, fashion, film/TV, music, sports and video games.
Adam began his legal career with the Rosenbaum Law Group where he gained experience in multi-million-dollar investment deals, licensing deals for video game companies and fashion brands, as well as representing individual talent in the music industry throughout the US. After a few years, he took an associate’s position at Gerard Fox Law, where he learned under some of the most successful entertainment litigators and entertainment transactional attorneys in Los Angeles.
Recently, Adam decided to open up his own shop, the Law Office of Adam Rosenbaum, in his hometown of Venice, CA. Founded in 2017, the Law Office of Adam Rosenbaum is regularly called upon to draft, negotiate, review, and interpret a wide variety of entertainment-related contracts including recording agreements and publishing agreements (with both independent and major labels & publishers), distribution contracts, production agreements, merchandise licenses, content licenses, film/TV investor agreements, NDAs, and others.
